La Justice a d\u00e9cern\u00e9 mercredi un mandat d\u2019amener contre Elhadj Madifing Dian\u00e9, ancien ministre et ancien gouverneur de Lab\u00e9 poursuivi par l\u2019UFDG \u2013 parti de Cellou Dalein Diallo- pour \u00ab diffamation, de discrimination fond\u00e9e sur l\u2019appartenance \u00e0 une ethnie, d\u2019abus d\u2019autorit\u00e9 dirig\u00e9 contre l\u2019administration \u00e9lectorale et de d\u00e9nonciation calomnieuse \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le proc\u00e8s plusieurs fois programm\u00e9 au tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Mafanco, le pr\u00e9venu a toujours brill\u00e9 par son absence.<br \/>\nLes faits remontent \u00e0 une interview que l\u2019ancien gouverneur de Lab\u00e9 a accord\u00e9e \u00e0 un m\u00e9dia de la place.
